By accessing this website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Pricing and Payment Terms, as well as our full Terms of Service.
1. Fees and Taxes
- All prices listed on WP Website Help (https://wpwebsite.help) are in U.S. Dollars ($USD) and are exclusive of all taxes. Customers are responsible for all applicable sales, use, value-added, or other taxes based on their billing address. Any currency conversion fees or international transaction fees imposed by your issuing bank are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Price Adjustments
- For New Customers: Prices listed on WP Website Help are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the rate that will be honored for the start of the service.
- For Active Subscribers: We reserve the right to adjust recurring fees for active services. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice via the email address on file before any price increase takes effect, allowing you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate is billed.
3. Service Modifications
- Continuous Improvement: To ensure your site stays on the cutting edge of security and speed, we regularly update our tech stack. We reserve the right to add, remove, or swap specific software, plugins, or tools included in our services at any time without prior notice for prospective customers.
- Notice for Active Subscribers: If we make a “breaking change”—such as removing a core feature or significantly altering how your plan works—we will provide you with 30 days’ notice via email. This gives you time to chat with us or adjust your plan before the change takes effect.
- Security Emergency Exception: If a tool we provide is found to have a critical security vulnerability, we reserve the right to disable or replace it immediately without notice. In these rare cases, your site’s safety comes first, and we will notify you of the fix as soon as the site is secured.
4. Billing and Cancellation
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Monthly overages are totaled once the current billing term is over and are billed during the next billing period.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. For manual payments (Check/ACH), payment must be received by the invoice due date to avoid service interruption.
- Failed Payments & NSF: If a payment fails, is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), or a check is dishonored, we reserve the right to suspend service and technical support if the balance is not cleared within 7 days. WP Website Help is not responsible for any site downtime or security issues that occur during a suspension for non-payment.
- No Long-Term Contracts: As stated in our FAQs, you may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time through the Client Portal.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period once service has commenced. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented service failure.
5. Payment Disputes
You agree to contact WP Website Help regarding any billing discrepancies, check processing errors, or technical issues before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback or a rescinded ACH/Check payment, we reserve the right to:
- Permanently terminate the account and all associated services.
- Charge a $50 administrative fee to cover bank penalties and processing costs.
- Require all future payments to be made via certified funds (Wire Transfer or Cashier’s Check).
6. Affiliate Disclaimer
- WP Website Help may receive a commission for purchases made by any visitor or user who clicks on affiliate links across our website (such as recommendations for hosting providers or premium plugins). These commissions come at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we personally use, trust, and believe will provide value to our audience, regardless of whether you are an active subscriber to our plans and services.
